Chiswyck is a man-at-arms from the westerlands. He is one of the Mountain's men in service to Ser Gregor Clegane.
Appearance and Character
[edit]Chiswyck is old and stoop-shouldered[2] with a scraggy grey beard.[3]
Chiswyck has a sadistic temperament that he masks with an outwardly jovial personality.[2] He thinks he is funny[2] and often tells funny stories.[3]
The man-at-arms wears cold dirty chainmail.[4]
Recent Events

[edit]Chiswyck is one of the Mountain's men, the soldiers of Ser Gregor Clegane's who capture Arya Stark, Gendry and Hot Pie in the riverlands. When Arya tries to bite Chiswyck, he hits her in the face.[4] He sometimes aids the Tickler in torturing the smallfolk.[2] For this, Arya adds Chiswyck to her prayer kill list.[2]
At Harrenhal, Chiswyck tells a story about the gang rape of an innkeeper's daughter that Gregor and the men had instigated, laughing as he recalls the details. Arya overhears this, and whispers his name into the ear of Jaqen H'ghar as the first of her three promised deaths. The obliging Jaqen pushes Chiswyck off a wall to his death three days later.[3]
