The Knight of the Red Chicken supposedly fought at the Battle of the Blackwater.
Appearance and Character
He carried a shield with a blood-red chicken upon it.[1] Based on the device on his shield, he may be a bastard of House Herston, a noble house from the stormlands who blazons their arms with a yellow rooster's head on red.[2]
Recent Events
A Feast for Crows
Ser Creighton Longbough claimed to have fought an epic fight with the Knight of the Red Chicken at the Battle of the Blackwater. However, Brienne Tarth and Ser Shadrich are skeptical of Creighton's claims.[1]
