Lord Borrell was the Lord of Sweetsister, Shield of Sisterton, Master of Breakwater Castle, Keeper of the Night Lamp,[1] and the head of House Borrell during Robert's Rebellion.
History
During Robert's Rebellion, Lord Eddard Stark washed up on Sweetsister while trying to sail to the north to raise his banners. When he arrived at Sisterton, House Borrell's maester urged Lord Borrell to deliver Eddard's head to King Aerys II Targaryen, but since Jon Arryn and Robert Baratheon had taken Gulltown in the meantime, Borrell was unsure who would prevail in the conflict. Thus he let Ned leave for White Harbor, telling him to remain silent about his stay in Sisterton in case the rebellion failed.[1]
When he died, his son Godric, who was in attendance when his father freed Ned, succeeded him as Lord of Sweetsister.[1]
