Lord Stackspear was the head of House Stackspear during the reign of King Aegon V Targaryen.

History

Lord Stackspear's daughter, Alys Stackspear, was hastly married to the fifteen-year-old Jason Lannister after he took her maidenhood and got her pregnant. The marriage was short lived as Alys died giving birth to their son, Damon Lannister.[1]

During the misrule of the westerlands by Lord Tytos Lannister, Lord Stackspear doubled the taxes on his smallfolk. Ignoring his liege lord's protests, he hired a company of Volantene sellswords to enforce his extortion.[1]

Lord Stackspear and his levies were later part of the host of Lord Tytos's son, Ser Tywin Lannister, when he suppressed the Reyne-Tarbeck revolt in 261 AC.[1]

Family

Lord Stackspear had one daughter, Alys Stackspear. His relation to the current head of House Stackspear, Lord Selmond, is unknown. He may have been Selmond's grandfather.
