Myranda Royce, called Randa, is the daughter of Lord Nestor Royce, the High Steward of the Vale.[6][7][8][9]

Appearance and Character
Myranda is short and fleshy and buxom. She has a small mouth, brown eyes, and brown curly hair.[5] Myranda is clever,[5] playful,[2] and given to gossip.[1] She is good friends with Mya Stone, one of her father's retainers.[2]
History
Myranda was once married to an elderly lord.[1] Her husband died while having sex with her.[5] She maintains the Gates of the Moon for her father, Lord Nestor Royce.[2]
Recent Events
A Storm of Swords
Sansa Stark thinks her aunt Lysa Arryn may banish her to the Gates of the Moon, and welcomes the idea, having heard that the merry Myranda has a lively household at the castle.[2]
A Feast for Crows
Myranda ascends to the Eyrie with Mya Stone, to help Lord Robert Arryn descend to the Gates of the Moon. She enters a lively discussion with Alayne Stone, attempting to get information about her and her father Petyr Baelish, and saying that she and Alayne will be friends. She tells Alayne about the death of her first husband, and that her father tried to marry her to Harrold Hardyng, but was rebuffed by Harry's guardian Lady Anya Waynwood.[5]
The Winds of Winter

Myranda helps her father to host the tourney that will determine the first eight knights to join the Brotherhood of Winged Knights, an order newly founded by House Arryn. Along with Alayne Stone, Myranda welcomes the Waynwoods and Ser Harrold Hardyng when they arrive at the Gates for the tourney.[10]
