Scarb was a bodyguard in Meereen.
History
Oznak zo Pahl beheaded and cut the liver out of Scarb after he had looked at a Meereenese lady wrongly. His friend, Brown Ben Plumm, escaped the city through its sewers to avoid a similar fate.[1]
