Under "Politics", I've removed the bolded part of the following statement
- Qohor's specific type of governance is currently unknown, but magisters and merchant-princes apparently hold sway there much as in the rest of the Free Cities.

Yeah that one is vague. It is generally said that "the Free Cities" as a whole are ruled by magisters' councils, and that might tacitly include Qohor...but of course, there are exceptions with Norvos, Braavos, and Volantis (in which magisters are still important, but don't really hold direct power).
