House Tarth versus "of Tarth"
Some people have brought up that neither Selwyn not Brienne are ever referred to as actually being of House Tarth. They're always "of Tarth" or "of Evenfall Hall". It's possible that House Tarth no longer rules Tarth, like the Manderlys and the Mander river. If we're going to assume that they really are of House Tarth, we might at least put a notation that it's an assumption. -Oorag 11:10, 4 May 2007 (CDT)
- IMO, this would be more appropiate for the theories section until there are not stronger supporting facts for it. Also in the theories section a mention to Brienne being a probable descendant of Dunk should be mentioned.--The hairy bear (Send me a raven) 12:34, 4 May 2007 (CDT)
- I would think that the theories section would be for conclusions based on assumptions, and it seems to me that putting Brienne and Selwyn in House Tarth to begin with is a conclusion based on an assumption. Maybe the main article should note the conclusion, and link to the theories page, where the subject is discussed in more detail. -Oorag 12:45, 4 May 2007 (CDT)
