Penny tells Tyrion Lannister that a dwarf juggler that she and her brother Oppo knew had been found murdered and dismembered at the Temple of Trios in Tyrosh. He had been cut into three parts, each part placed into one of the three mouths of the statue of Trios. However, when the parts were put back together, the juggler's head was missing. Penny and Tyrion feel certain that the dwarf's head was taken to King's Landing for Queen Cersei Lannister, who has put a bounty on Tyrion's head.[1]
The Sailor's Wife once told Arya Stark that the first head of Trio devours the dying and the reborn emerge from the third, but she did not recall the purpose of the middle head.[2]
