When [[Balerion]] returned to [[Westeros]] in {{Date|56}}, King [[Jaehaerys I Targaryen]] had the dragon confined to the Dragonpit. By {{Date|72}}, [[Caraxes]] was considered the fiercest of the young dragons living at the Dragonpit. In {{Date|75}}, Princess [[Alyssa Targaryen]] claimed [[Meleys]] as her mount in the Dragonpit.
