Tom Costayne, better known as Long Tom Costayne, was a knight from House Costayne who became a member of the Kingsguard at an unknown time.[1]
History
[edit]Ser Tom became known as 'Long Tom' while serving in the Kingsguard for sixty years.[1]
He may have been Tommen Costayne, a knight who participated in the tourney at Ashford Meadow.[2] In this case, he would have been appointed to the white cloaks after 209 AC and died before Ser Harlan Grandison in 281 AC.
