Ser Arthur Dayne, known as the Sword of the Morning, was a famed knight and a member of Aerys II's Kingsguard. His accomplishments include defeating the Kingswood Brotherhood and slaying the Smiling Knight. He wielded the sword called Dawn and died at the Tower of Joy.
