Plummer was the steward of Ashford during the reign of Daeron II Targaryen.
Appearance
Plummer had a narrow, pinched face and thin grey hair.[1]
History
Plummer was the master of the games for the tourney at Ashford Meadow. He initially rejected Ser Duncan the Tall's entry into the tourney on the grounds that no one knew who he was, until Prince Baelor Targaryen vouched for him.[1]
