Pilman was a Westerosi ship's captain from Lannisport.
History
[edit]Pilman provided the Citadel with an account of a water dancer duel. He claimed that the water dancers seemed to barely skim upon the surface, and insisted he never saw anything like it for grace and skill, however.[1]
