A Feast for Crows
Brienne of Tarth recalls that Big Ben courted her when Renly Baratheon's army was encamped beneath Highgarden. He sent his squire to clean her mail and gifted her with a silver drinking horn. Lord Randyll Tarly later discovered that there was a wager on who could take Brienne's maidenhead, a wager started by Big Ben, Ser Hyle Hunt and Ser Edmund Ambrose. After the bet was discovered and ended, Brienne sought out and defeated Big Ben during the melee at Bitterbridge.
