Storm Crow is a galley in service with the Night's Watch at Eastwatch-by-the-Sea. Its rowers sit on the open deck.[1]

Cotter Pyke explains to Maester Aemon that they chose the Blackbird to carry him to Braavos because although Storm Crow and Talon are faster, they are not as good in storms because the rowers sit on open decks.[1]
A Dance with Dragons
Cotter writes Lord Commander Jon Snow that Storm Crow sighted the wreckage of a galley along the coast of Skagos, but he does not know the identity of the ship.[2] Maester Harmune reports to Jon from Hardhome that six crew were killed while successfully defending the ship from many wildlings.[3]
