Arthor Oakheart was a knight of House Oakheart during the reign of King Jaehaerys I Targaryen.[1]
History
Arthor took part in a tourney celebrating Jaehaerys's tenth year on the Iron Throne, and was unhorsed by the young Ser Ryam Redwyne of the Kingsguard.[1]
