The Battle of the Borderland was a major battle involving four of the nine Free Cities of Essos in 96 AC.[2] Lys, Myr and Tyrosh put their differences aside and made alliance to drove Volantis from the Disputed Lands. The alliance defeated the Volantenes in the Battle of the Borderland.[3]
Aftermath
After the battle, the three victorious cities forged an "eternal alliance", and formed a strong new power in Essos: the Triarchy.[3][4][5]
