The Book Tower is one of the towers of Ten Towers, the seat of House Harlaw on Harlaw.

Layout

The Book Tower is made of large blocks of stone and is octagonal in shape. It is the fattest of the ten towers of the castle. Its staircase is enclosed within the thick walls.[1]

The fifth story of the Book Tower contains the reading room for Rodrik Harlaw, Lord of Harlaw. Rodrik sits at a table by a window with the aid of beeswax candles in ornate iron holders.[1] He does not allow food or drink in his library.[1]

There is a well in the yard beneath the tower.[1]
