Recent Events

A Feast for Crows

Denyo befriends Arya Stark on the journey of the Titan's Daughter from Saltpans to Braavos. At some point, he takes her up in the ship's crow's nest.[2]

As they approach the city, Denyo points out the distant stars that are the fiery eyes of the Titan of Braavos. He tells Arya about the gods of Braavos, though he seems unnerved by the Many-Faced God. When the Titan roars, he laughs, and tells Arya not to be afraid. As they pass the Arsenal, Denyo proudly explains that it can build a war galley in a day.[2]

As Arya leaves the ship aboard one of its boats, rowed by Yorko, she realizes she never said farewell to Denyo, and wonders if she will ever see him again.[2]

Quotes
