Maron Botley, also known as Old Botley or Fishwhiskers, is a member of House Botley. He has three sons who accompany him on raids.[1]
Recent Events
A Clash of Kings
Maron becomes part of the crew of the Sea Bitch.[2] He takes part in the harrying of the Stony Shore, with his sons in accompaniment. One of his sons gets into an argument with Todric over plunder and loses, leading Theon Greyjoy to put an arrow in the belly of Todric. Theon then orders Maron and his sons to finish Todric. They slash his throat and loot his corpse as well.[1]
Two Botleys remain with Theon Greyjoy after the capture of Winterfell and are slain during the sack of Winterfell by House Bolton;[3] it is unknown if Maron or his sons are among them or if they are among the ironborn who abandon Theon beforehand.
A Storm of Swords
Maron is listed among the crew of Sea Bitch.[2]
