The Morning Hall is located above the kitchens and is where people can break their fast. One of its tapestries includes a white silk moon.[1]

A Feast for Crows
On the day when the Lords Declarant come to the Eyrie to meet with Lord Petyr Baelish, Alayne Stone finds Lord Robert Arryn eating porridge and honey in the Morning Hall. Young Robert is displeased that there are no eggs, and he throws his spoon at a tapestry in anger. When Petyr tasks Mela with getting a replacement spoon for the Lord of the Eyrie, Robert throws his bowl at Petyr but instead hits Maester Colemon.[1]
