Andahar was a presumed river king in the vicinity of Lord Harroway's Town in the riverlands. He may be related to House Roote.

While traveling to Harroway, Sandor Clegane refers to the town's ferry as Old King Andahar's two-headed water horse,[1] which is also House Roote's sigil.[2]
