Maester Ottomore serves at Darry as healer, tutor, and advisor.[2] It is unknown if Ottomore served at Darry before the War of the Five Kings or if he was assigned to the castle after its transfer from House Darry to House Lannister.
When Ser Jaime Lannister and his army arrive outside Darry, Lady Amerei Frey sends Ottomore to greet them. The maester arranges for Jaime to stay in Ser Raymun Darry's old bedchambers in the Plowman's Keep.[1]
