[edit]When Saltpans is raided by a group reportedly led by Sandor Clegane (actually Rorge wearing Sandor's signature Hound helmet), Ser Quincy orders his castle gates shut and never attempts to help the inhabitants of the town. Saltpans is burned and the smallfolk scatter.[2] A dying woman curses Quincy for not preventing her rape by Brave Companions and mutilation by Biter.[2]
