Grimtongue is one of the crew on Asha Greyjoy's ship Black Wind.
Recent Events
A Dance with Dragons
He along with the rest of Asha's supporters sails to Deepwood Motte with Asha Greyjoy as she contemplates her next move. He is captured along with Asha Greyjoy, Tris Botley and several other Ironborn when the castle is taken by the army of Stannis Baratheon.[1]
He is later freed and ransomed along with the other ironborn by Tycho Nestoris who needs an escort to get him to Stannis whose army is marching on Winterfell.[2]
