During the siege of Riverrun, Ser Jaime Lannister and Lady Genna Lannister discuss her family's new fragile status as Lord of Riverrun. Genna tells him her husband will make a wretched lord but she is hopeful Tywin will make a good lord someday as long as he listens to her advice. To appease his aunt's mind, Jaime proposes that if Edmure Tully and Roslin Frey's unborn child turns out to be a girl, they should marry her to Tywin to strengthen their hold on Riverrun.[4]
