The grandfather of Petyr Baelish was a hedge knight of the Vale of Arryn and the founder of House Baelish.[1][2] His given name is unknown.
History
His father was a Braavosi sellsword in the service of Lord Corbray, and he took the head of the Titan of Braavos as his sigil when he was knighted.[2]

Behind the Scenes
According to the Histories & Lore of Game of Thrones, the hedge knight was the Baelish who acquired a small bit of land and the "Drearfort" on the smallest of the Fingers.[3] However, the canonicity of this piece of information is not confirmed.
