A Clash of Kings

Drennan is one of the ironborn raiders who accompany Theon Greyjoy to raid along the Stony Shore. During the capture of Winterfell, he and another ironman rape Palla. Theon has Drennan whipped as punishment.

While on guard duty with Squint at the Hunter's Gate, Drennan is seduced by Osha, who cuts his throat from ear to ear in the gatehouse. She then escapes Winterfell with Bran and Rickon Stark, Jojen and Meera Reed, and Hodor. Afterwards, Theon finds Drennan's body in the gatehouse. Since Drennan is half-naked with his breeches around his feet and there is cheese and wine on the table with two cups, Theon deduces what happened.

Quotes

I'd say Drennan was pulling down his breeches to stick it in the woman when she stuck it in him. His own cheese knife, by the look of it.
