Lady Belmore was the wife of Ser Ronnel Arryn and the mother of Elbert Arryn.[1] Her first name is unknown.
History
After Jon Arryn became Lord of the Eyrie, he named his younger brother, Ser Ronnel Arryn, as Keeper of the Gates of the Moon.[2] Ronnel then married a Belmore girl, but he bedded her only a few times before dying of a bad belly himself. Ronnel was dying at roughly the same time their son Elbert was born. After the death of his father, Elbert became Lord Jon's heir.[1] Elbert was later murdered by King Aerys II Targaryen.[1]
A Feast for Crows
Petyr Baelish explains the recent history of House Arryn to Sansa Stark, mentioning Ronnel Arryn, his marriage to Lady Belmore, his death, and the birth of his son Elbert.[1]
Quotes
Petyr: Lord Jasper's younger son, Ser Ronnel Arryn, wed a Belmore girl, but only rang her once or twice before dying of a bad belly. Their son Elbert was being born in one bed even as poor Ronnel was dying in another down the hall. Are you paying close attention, sweetling?
Sansa: Yes. There was Jon and Alys and Ronnel, but Ronnel died.[1]—Petyr Baelish and Sansa Stark
