A Lewyn Martell's paramour was the paramour of Ser Lewyn Martell of the Kingsguard.[1]
Appearance and Character
She was considered a rare beauty in her youth. She is an old woman now.[1]
History
It was a closely held secret that Prince Lewyn kept a paramour despite the Kingsguard oaths of chastity.[1] Ser Barristan Selmy and his other sworn brothers were aware of this but kept their sworn brother's secret.[2]
Ser Barristan knows of the paramour, but Ser Jaime Lannister does not, suggesting it was before he joined the Kingsguard in 281 AC.[3]
Recent Events

Quotes

Arianne: A great knight with a paramour. She is an old woman now, but she was a rare beauty in her youth, men say.[1]
Theories
It has been speculated that Prince Lewyn's paramour was Olenna Tyrell, as she had a lover before Luthor, and Lewyn is described "as tall as a tower", with Olenna having two bodyguards, both 7 feet tall, who are named after famed members of the Kingsguard.[3]
