Robin Darklyn, known as Darkrobin, was a knight from House Darklyn during the reign of King Aegon I Targaryen.
Character
Ser Robin is remembered for being quick, strong, observant, and famed for his prowess with sword and shield. He was devoted to his king.[2]
History
Robin was chosen by Queen Visenya Targaryen to be one of the first knights of the Kingsguard when the order was founded in 10 AC by King Aegon I Targaryen.[1][2] Robin was the first of the eventual seven Darklyns who served in the Kingsguard.[3]
Recent Events
A Feast for Crows
When Brienne of Tarth sees the seven white swords displayed on the sign above the Seven Swords inn at Duskendale, she recognizes they represent the seven Darklyns who served in the Kingsguard,[3] including Robin Darklyn.[2]
