The sept at Harrenhal is the castle sept of Harrenhal, the seat of House Whent.
Layout
Harrenhal seems to have two septs, one where followers of the Seven can pray,[1] and another one that has collapsed, located near the Tower of Ghosts and the postern gate on the east wall.[2]
History
Harrenhal's sept near the Tower of Ghosts has been abandoned since the burning of Harrenhal by Aegon the Conqueror's dragon, Balerion, and eventually collapsed.[2]

When Lord Tywin Lannister departs Harrenhal, Arya Stark sees followers of the Seven crowding into the sept to pray.[1]
When Arya, Gendry, and Hot Pie decide to escape Harrenhal, their rendezvous point is the castle's collapsed sept.[2]
