The Tower of Ghosts is the most ruined of Harrenhal's five melted towers.[1] In front of it lies a ruined sept, and close to the tower is a postern gate in the east wall.[1]
History
[edit]The tower's original name was lost with the death of King Harren the Black and his sons in the burning of Harrenhal during Aegon's Conquest. It has since been named the Tower of Ghosts, with the castle believed to be haunted.[2]

[edit]Arya Stark, Gendry, and Hot Pie meet near the Tower of Ghosts for their escape from Harrenhal, with Arya killing a Bolton guard at the postern gate behind the tower.[1]
