Np man, glad I could contribute

Uploaded images

Regarding those last 3 Images you uploaded, if you have a permission form the artist or otherwise to use them, please use the Template:Copyright tags to tag them(or you can send me the details and I'll do it) otherwise we cant use them, because of the policy of this wiki and yeah I know it's a bitch, I got about 300 high quality pics on PC from FFC and other sources that we cannot use, while other wikis has a more "relaxed" policy, still rules are rules.

Ok mate, I'll remember in future :-).

Thanks for uploading File:High Septontvseries.jpg, File:Qhorin tvseries.jpg and File:Dagmer tvseries.jpg. In the future please add licensing information(and categories if possible). We have recently updated the license selection options on the upload page to make the process as painless as possible, so when uploading a Tv screencap all you need to do is select the TV screenshot in the Licensing dropbox. --Mor 20:43, 11 May 2012 (UTC)

Targaryen COA

I think that the new image is of a lesser quality but as this concern your and my image we should ask others to give their opinion. Please discuss these kind of changes before doing them. If I do the same as you, replacing the images without discussion we will get involved in an edit war. That is frustrating and not helping the wiki. That is why I only revert some of the changes and not all of them. As the original change was from you can you add a post on the forum? Scafloc 12:36, 16 March 2012 (UTC)

Another point, there was a previous discussion on the forum that we should make a clear distinction between the TV series and the books. As a result of that discussion the picture of the character in used in the {{Template:Character}} cannot be a picture of the character in the TV-series (it is ok to used it further on in the article). I guess that this should apply to the COA's as well. Note: I happened to disagree with the decision above so if you want to have another discussion about this I am ok with it.Scafloc 14:40, 16 March 2012 (UTC)
Yes, it would be great if you can make portraits for hem! About the Targaryen / Blackfyre coa's: I have some comments about them but this is not about just my opinion. Best would be to involve the other editors. Then we can weight their opinion. Cheers,Scafloc 17:19, 16 March 2012 (UTC)

Cersei Lannister

Thanks for working on Cersei Lannister character section, I am so biased against her that I dont trust myself to get too close ;) --Mor 20:03, 5 May 2012 (UTC)

Np :-)

Semi-Bot

We have been around for a while having fun with various templates and categories, I'd be glad to hear what you think we can do better. --Mor 06:37, 25 May 2012 (UTC)

For example I have noted you have been removing the File:No Portrait.jpg, from character infoboxes, I can add it be swept out. However, I am not entirely sure why you are adding the line break at the image parameter. If this a pure cosmetic thing separating the two lines, I can just remove the separator line when there is no image present. --Mor 10:06, 2 June 2012 (UTC)

Permission to use the images

Hi Arek, I loved your images of Hosteen and Aenys Frey, Can I have permission to use in a brazilian wikipedia of ASOIAF ? (http://wiki.gameofthronesbr.com/index.php/P%C3%A1gina_principal) And if yes, do you have others images ? I understand if you not! Cheers -Michel

Np Michel. Feel free to use. The images (along with several others) are at...

The Death of Dragons

Hi Arek! I'm Rhaena Targaryen, the admin of Hielo y Fuego Wiki, the wiki in spanish about ASOIAF. I wanted to ask you about the article The Death of Dragons. In the page says that "The tome is said to record the deaths of the last Targaryen Dragons during the reign of Aegon Dragonbane and possibly the cause." I looked for that info in my copy of A Dance with Dragons (wich is in spanish) and there is no mention to the content of the book or a mention of Aegon III. Is that info in the english original? I would appreciate if you could tell me where that info is to add a note in my wiki :) Thanks in advance! Best regards, --Rhaena Targaryen 19:08, 1 February 2013 (UTC)

Velaryon heraldry

The Velaryon heraldry is described as on a sea green background, but the current image looks more like teal. Is there a way to correct this? (I have no artistic skill).--The Dragon Demands 04:01, 30 December 2014 (UTC)

SVG

Hi Arek. I tlooks like Ran fixed the svg rendering. Can you confirm that the white background is no longer here on SVG's? Abjiklam (talk) 22:55, 14 July 2016 (UTC)

House Targaryen.svg House Targaryen.svg House Targaryen.svg House Targaryen.svg

Hey [User:Abjiklam|Abjiklam]]

The white background still seems to appear on the files. I'll just replace them with png's. Hope thats ok

That's most likely a cache issue. Give it a bit of time and it will resolve itself. Abjiklam (talk) 12:33, 15 July 2016 (UTC)
Please do not upload more png. I'm currently updating the svg to refresh the cache. Thanks. Abjiklam (talk) 14:55, 17 July 2016 (UTC)

Np Man.

Sons of the Dragon

Hi!

The grace period for The Sons of the Dragon has been set for one month, and so is supposed to last until November 9. Could you undo the changes you have made thus far regarding TSOTD? --Rhaenys Targaryen (talk) 18:42, 30 October 2017 (UTC)

Of Course, Apologies. I didn't know

Fire & Blood

Hi Arek! :) Some general comments regarding Fire & Blood material. Please use the chapter titles when using the reference template as it is given in the book (e.g., {{ref|fab|The Long Reign - Jaehaerys and Alysanne: Policy, Progeny, and Pain}} instead of {{ref|fab|The Long Reign- Jaehaerys & Alysanne:Policy, Progeny, & Pain}}). And take note of capital letters (e.g., Dornish fleet instead of Dornish Fleet, and War of the Hundred Candles instead of War of the hundred candles). Thanks! --Rhaenys Targaryen (talk) 12:07, 27 December 2018 (UTC)

Spelling etc.

Hi! A few things I noticed. Please be mindful of the spelling and interpunction when writing. I see a lot of capital letters where there shouldn't be any, especially in interlinks. For example, it is [[trial by combat]], not [[Trial by combat]] (unless it is the start of a sentence, of course. :) ) Also, the wiki uses American English, so labor, not labour, traveled, not travelled etc. And take care not to take text too literally from the source material (as this isn't allowed). Thanks! --Rhaenys Targaryen (talk) 13:18, 4 February 2019 (UTC)
