Uther Shett is a knight from House Shett of Gulltown.
Appearance and Character
Uther is a skinny, ginger-haired young man no more than eighteen years old. His face is covered in pimples, which he attempts to hide behind his whiskers.[2]
Uther's surcoat depicts the arms of House Shett of Gulltown, nine white seagulls on a field of brown.[2]
Uther can behave in a crude manner. Myranda Royce considers him dull.[2]

The Winds of Winter
Ser Uther arrives at the Gates of the Moon to compete in Lord Robert Arryn's tourney for a place in the Brotherhood of Winged Knights. Alayne Stone rescues the widowed Myranda Royce from the unwanted advances of Ser Ossifer Lipps and Uther, the latter of whom has been staring at Myranda's breasts. Uther then stares at Alayne's breasts while complimenting her beauty.[2]
During the feast on the eve of the tourney, Uther treads upon Alayne's feet and gives her slimy compliments when the two dance.[2]
