Stanton Piper was the Lord of Pinkmaiden and the head of House Piper during the civil war known as the Dance of the Dragons.[1]
History
[edit]Lord Stanton succeeded Lord Petyr Piper after he died in battle against westermen at Acorn Hall in 130 AC.[2]
During the Second Battle of Tumbleton, Lord Stanton scraped together fresh levies of greybeards and green boys, though had suffered grievous losses in the autumn battles. Seated atop a low rise, Lord Stanton and Lord Lyonel Deddings were burned to death by the riderless dragon Vermithor along with their squires, servants, and sworn shields.[1]
