Jeyne Fowler is a daughter of Lord Franklyn Fowler, and a twin to Jennelyn. Jeyne is the elder of the two.


Jeyne has wispy yellow hair.[1]

A Feast for Crows

Nymeria Sand was abed with Jeyne and her sister Jennelyn when news of Prince Oberyn Martell's death reached her.[2] Princess Arianne Martell recalls spending time at the Water Gardens with the Jeyne and Jennelyn in her youth.

Prince Doran Martell feels Nymeria Sand is too close to Jeyne and Jennelyn.[1]

A Dance with Dragons

In Volantis, Prince Quentyn Martell thinks of Jeyne and Jennelyn. He recalls that they were a pair of tawny young maidens who loved hawking, hunting, climbing rocks and making him blush. He remembers one of them gave him his first kiss, though he never knew which one.[3]

Jeyne and her sister are present at the feast at Sunspear when Ser Balon Swann of the Kingsguard arrives to deliver the head of Ser Gregor Clegane. She and her sister refuse to drink when Ricasso raises a toast to King Tommen I Baratheon.[4]
