The Sea Snake (formerly Nine Voyages) is the working title of a planned American fantasy television series, serving as a spin-off to the upcoming House of the Dragon to explore the past of seafarer Corlys Velaryon.

Plot

The Sea Snake takes place decades before the Dance of the Dragons, focusing on Corlys Velaryon and his nine voyages on the ship Sea Snake.

Production

Conception and development

Nine Voyages and Bruno Heller's involvement were first reported on 18 March 2021.[1] On 9 March 2022, George R. R. Martin confirmed these rumors and revealed that the working title had been changed to The Sea Snake.[2]
