Blood of the Harpy is one of the titles assumed by Hizdahr zo Loraq after he assumes the throne of Meereen following the dissapperance of Daenerys Targaryen.[1]. The harpy is a symbol bore by the Ghiscari cities of Slaver's Bay that references that of the Old Empire of Ghis.
