Joffrey Staunton was a knight from House Staunton and a member of the Kingsguard, during the reign of King Aegon III Targaryen.
History
In 155 AC, Ser Joffrey was riding with Prince Aegon near Fairmarket, when the prince's horse threw a shoe. After they found the local smith, the prince liked his buxom young wife, Megette. The prince absconded with the blacksmith's wife, buying her for seven gold dragons, along with the threat of Ser Joffrey.[1]
