Little Matt and his sister, Randa, are killed by the forces of House Lannister during the War of the Five Kings. When Sandor Clegane was captured by the brotherhood without banners and put on trial for crimes committed by his fellow Lannister forces, Little Matt and his sister were among the long list of Lannister victims named by Tom of Sevenstreams whose murders Clegane was to stand trial for.[1]
