Ser Ormond is slain by forces of House Lannister during the War of the Five Kings. When Sandor Clegane is captured by the brotherhood without banners and put on trial for crimes committed by his fellow Lannister forces, Ormond is among the long list of rivermen victims named by Tom of Sevenstreams whose murders Sandor is to stand trial for.[1]
A Dance with Dragons
When Ser Jaime Lannister passes through Pennytree on his way through the riverlands and introduces his party as king's men, the villagers cite Ser Ormond's death at the hands of king's men as one of the reasons they are distrustful of him.[2]
