Lord Peake was a Lord of Starpike who started the Peake Uprising in 233 AC.[1]
History
In 233 AC, during the reign of King Maekar I Targaryen, the Peakes rose against the Iron Throne. To suppress the rebel lord on the Dornish Marches, the king chose to lead the army himself,[1][2] including the attack on Starpike's main gates in the concluding battle, the Storming of Starpike, in which King Maekar was killed when his crowned helm was crushed by a rock dropped from the battlements.[3]
According to a semi-canon source, Ser Roger "the Red Lion" Reyne slaughtered seven captive Peakes at Starpike in revenge for the death of his father, before being halted by Prince Aegon Targaryen.[3] It is unclear if Lord Peake was among Roger's victims.
