Teora Toland is the younger daughter of Lady Nymella Toland of Ghost Hill.[1]
Appearance and Character
Teora, unlike her sister Valena, is short, plump, and shy. The only trait they share is their red hair. Teora seems to have prophetic dreams.[1]
History
Teora dislikes Ghost Hill's maester, Toman, due to the fact that he dismisses her dreams and attributes them to her adolescence and eating sweet foods.[1]

The Winds of Winter
When Princess Arianne Martell and her companions arrive at Ghost Hill, Teora is present at the welcome feast where Arianne and Lady Nymella discuss the possible threat of the Golden Company's invasion of the stormlands. When Arianne says they have yet to determine whether they are friends or foes, Teora finally looks up from her plate and states they are dragons. Her mother dismisses this as madness, but Teora insists that dragons are coming. Valena scornfully asks if she learned that from her "little dreams", and Teora tremblingly replies that the dragons were dancing in her dream, and everywhere they danced people died. Lady Nymella exasperatedly blames Teora's dreams on eating too many creamcakes during puberty, as Maester Toman has said. Teora says that she hates the maester, and flees from the table, leaving her mother to apologize for her.[1]
