Lady Gwynesse Harlaw is the sister of Lord Rodrik Harlaw. She is seven years older.[1]

History

Gwynesse's husband died during the Battle of Fair Isle during the Greyjoy Rebellion in 289 AC.[1] Following his death, Gwynesse returned to Ten Towers, where she has remained since. One of the towers of the castle was renamed the Widow's Tower in her honor. She believes that the castle should be hers since she is older than Lord Rodrik, and constantly reminds him of this.[1]

Gwynesse continues to mourn her husband as deeply as she did when he died, although she has grown forgetful and cannot always recall his name.[1]
