Patricia Redwyne was a noblewoman of House Redwyne during the reign of King Aegon III Targaryen.[2]

When Lord Unwin Peake, the Hand of the King, sought to make his daughter Myrielle the queen to King Aegon III Targaryen, Lady Samantha Hightower nominated nubile maidens from House Redwyne as potential queens for Aegon.[2]

Patricia was later presented to the king at the Maiden's Day Ball. When Alyssa Royce told the king she had come all the way from Runestone, Lady Patricia went her one better by declaring that her party had traveled from the Arbor, had thrice been forced to beat back attacks by outlaws, and that she shot one in the rear.[2]

I shot one with an arrow. In the arse.[2]

—Patricia proudly informing Aegon III Targaryen of her actions against outlaws

Patricia Redwyne's relationship to the reigning Lord of the Arbor during the Maiden's Day Ball is unknown.
