Ser Colin Florent is a knight from House Florent and the younger brother to Alester Florent, Lord of Brightwater Keep.[1]
History
During the wedding of his niece Selyse and Lord Stannis Baratheon, Colin's daughter Delena bedded King Robert I Baratheon. The match led to the birth of Edric Storm, whom Robert acknowledged due to Delena's highbirth.[3] Lord Tywin Lannister once offered to betroth his son Tyrion to Delena, though Colin instead married her to Ser Hosman Norcross, one of his household knights.[4]

A Feast for Crows
Ser Colin is the castellan at Brightwater Keep.[2] After being granted the castle by the Iron Throne, Ser Garlan Tyrell sets out with half the Tyrell strength to take Brightwater.[5][6]
Family
Ser Colin is the youngest brother of Alester Florent, Lord of Brightwater Keep. Ser Axell and Ser Ryam are also older brothers of Colin, while Rylene is his only sister. Colin has three children; Delena, Omer, and Merrell. Delena is married to Ser Hosman Norcross,[1] one of his household knights.[4] Omer is a maester serving Old Oak, and Merrell is a squire at the Arbor.[1]
