The sept of Riverrun is the castle sept of Riverrun, the seat of House Tully.

Layout
The sept is a seven-sided building with sandstone walls. It is located in the gardens of the late Minisa Tully.[1] The sept has marble statues.[1]
History
Catelyn Tully was anointed in the Faith of the Seven in Riverrun's sept.[2] Septon Osmynd tended to the sept when Catelyn was a child.[1]
The dual weddings of Catelyn and her younger sister Lysa were held in the sept.[2]
Recent Events
A Clash of Kings
Catelyn Stark finds the sept is full of supplicants during the Battle of the Fords. Catelyn does not recognize the young septon who leads the service. She prays before the marble statue of the Warrior.[1]
A Storm of Swords
Catelyn is confined to house arrest in Lord Hoster Tully's chambers after she releases Ser Jaime Lannister from captivity, with Ser Desmond Grell only allowing her to visit the sept as needed.[3] Catelyn visits the sept on one occasion and lights candles to the Father, the Crone, and the Mother.[3]
