House Lipps is a noble house from the Vale of Arryn. According to semi-canon sources they blazon their arms with two large pink lips on a dark blue field.[1] Their words have not appeared yet.

Ser Ossifer Lipps is a participant in the tourney arranged by Lord Protector Petyr Baelish on behalf of Lord Robert Arryn to recruit members for the newly-created Brotherhood of Winged Knights.[1]
